Here at  "The Belle",  The main house has a lovely view of the Cariboo mountains, the Boreal forest and Belles lake. There are many days when various waterfowl, moose, otters and other wildlife can be seen from the deck and surrounding areas and there are many trails and places to explore. On a clear night Bill will have the observatory open, where you can view the night sky with telescopes, star maps and laser finders. Some nights we have been graced to have the northern lights dance for us.

There are gardens where medicinal herbs, organic garlic and vegetables grow in abundance. The morning and evening are special times for a paddle on the lake. You can wake to the mists on the lake, watch the sunrise and hear the call of the Loons. This is a bird watchers haven where 57 species of birds have been identified.
